Studycamp is a study platform: notes, AI-generated flashcards and quizzes, file storage, a calendar, and related tools for students. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Studycamp. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it up to date.

Studycamp offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on what you choose) through Stripe.

You can cancel anytime from Settings. Cancelling stops future billing, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Don't use Studycamp to upload illegal content, infringe someone else's copyright, harass others, or abuse our AI features (for example, trying to extract other users' data or overload the system).

Studycamp is a study aid. AI-generated summaries, flashcards, and quizzes can contain mistakes. You're responsible for verifying accuracy and for following your school's rules on AI use in coursework.

You own the notes, files, and other content you upload or create in Studycamp. We don't claim ownership over it.

By uploading content, you give us permission to store it and process it (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to provide the service to you.

Flashcards, quizzes, summaries, and chat responses are generated automatically by AI models and may be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong. Studycamp doesn't guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Always check AI output against your own course material before relying on it for an exam or assignment.

The Studycamp name, logo, design, and underlying software belong to us. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the platform without our permission.

Studycamp integrates with third-party tools like Google Drive, Notion, Zotero, and Slack, and relies on providers like OpenAI and Stripe. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their own terms.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abuse of AI features or illegal use of the platform.

Studycamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, Studycamp isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including academic outcomes based on AI-generated content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.

We may update these terms as Studycamp evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Studycamp after that means you accept the updated terms.
