</>For developers

Write the code. Ask the tutor right next to it.

A real editor, a terminal that runs your code, and an AI that sees the file you are working on. Built for the students who live in code.

Free plan. No credit card.

Code Playground with a Python file, its error in the terminal and the AI tutor explaining the fix

Everything you need to get unstuck

No tab switching. Your code, your output and your questions are in one place.

The tutor sees your code

Share the file, the lines you selected and your last run. A chip above the input shows exactly what the AI gets. Switch it off and nothing leaves your device.

Run it right here

JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Lua, Ruby and SQL run in your browser. HTML shows a live preview. The output and the errors are the real ones.

Playgrounds that remember

Each playground keeps its files and its own chat. Start a new one for every assignment and pick up where you left off.

A snippet library

Save the bits you keep retyping. Search them, then drop them into any file.

Looks like your camp

It follows your theme, light or dark, Catppuccin included.

No fake output

If a language can't run here, the Run button says so. We never pretend a program ran.

Your language is probably here

Syntax highlighting for dozens of languages, and real execution for the ones that run in a browser.

How it works

  1. 1

    Open a playground

Pick Code Playground in your Backpack and start a new one, or open an old one.

  2. 2

    Write and run

Type code, hit Run, read the real output. Add files for each part of the project.

  3. 3

    Ask the tutor

Ask what a line does or why it fails. The tutor answers with your line numbers.

Questions

Does the AI see my code?

Only when Share code with AI is on. It sends the open file, the lines you selected and your last run. The chip above the input says what is shared, and with the switch off nothing is sent.

What can I run?

JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Lua, Ruby and SQL run in your browser, and HTML shows a live preview. Python uses the standard library, without extra packages. Other languages are edit only for now.

Is my code saved?

Yes. Playgrounds, files, chats and snippets are saved to your account. Your code is only sent to the AI when you share it.

Does it use AI credits?

Each message to the tutor uses the same credits as a normal chat message. Running code is free.

My program never stops.

Runs stop after 10 seconds and the terminal says so. Fix the loop and run it again.

Open it and write something

Your first playground takes a few seconds to start.
